Exchange and Refund Policy

At Beauty Lush Virgin Hair we pride ourselves on a very high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our supplier’s factory. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:

Requests for an exchange must be made 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The exchanged product must be received to our store within 7 days after your request. Any exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and re-salable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.

How To Process The Exchange:

  1. Send an email to exchange@beautylushvirginhair.com with your order number in the subject line to request an exchange.
  2. We must receive the product returned to us within 7 days of the exchange request in order to process the exchange.
  3. Mail the product with the original shipping slip to:

  1. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly.
  2. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition, you will receive an email within 24 hours that includes a one time coupon code for the value of the product so that you can place a new order when you are ready.

 

* In the Rare Occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as follows:

There is a 30-day Product Defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of purchase. Customers should contact Beauty Lush Virgin Hair via email at defects@beautylushvirginhair.com with your order number in the subject line and notify them of their issue or concern. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft, cutting weft, splitting weft, or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Beauty Lush Virgin Hair verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Beauty Lush Virgin Hair will then exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Beauty Lush Virgin Hair will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if shipped standard shipping. The customer will receive a $7.50 credit to cover the cost of return shipping in the case the hair is deemed defective. If Beauty Lush Virgin Hair does not validate the product defect issue, the hair can be exchanged, returned to you at your own expense and no refund will be made. 


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In some cases additional charges may apply to international shipping. Keep in mind international shipping may take longer than due to customs and distance.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping and 2-3 business days for shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. A signature will be required for all deliveries.  If you will not be in person at the time of the delivery, you can leave a signed note with the tracking number on the door for the delivery agent.  We are not responsible for stolen items. 

Once an order is placed the address cannot be changed in any way for any reason.
